birchwood commons

We packed a lot of designer details into the beautiful Birchwood Commons apartments.  This project came to us through Mid Hudson Construction Management who wanted to set their project apart from the standard “luxury” apartments.  With strategic design and planning paired with an excellent Project Manager at MHCM, we were able to incorporate numerous designer details that you don’t typically see in rental properties.  The clients were so receptive to our ideas which included applied molding, quartz counter tops, designer tile applications and decorative light fixtures. We upgraded from the typical kitchen with a decorative wood hood, open wood shelving, herringbone backsplash, as well as making sure it had a pantry, garbage pull-out, and built in microwave drawer.
