This was such a fun and challenging project! This couple wanted to pack a lot of design into an 8 x 10’ space.  To feel connected to home, they wanted a bathroom designed for the Japanese style of bathing. This meant a bathing area that included the shower and tub within the glass enclosure. It also meant a separate space for the toilet. We achieved these design goals by using an arc shaped tub, which allowed enough space for both the shower and tub. A gorgeous pocket door keeps the toilet and shallow walnut cabinetry separate, while a floating walnut vanity with under lighting completes the design.
